1. Terms used in the Agreement

Website, Resource- an Internet resource salebot.ai
Automated processing of personal data- processing of personal data using computer technology
Administration- employees of the Company, as well as persons duly authorized by the Company to manage the Resource and provide Services to Visitors, as part of the use of the Site by the latter.
Services- a set of computer programs, databases that ensure the functioning of the Site, as well as a set of Services provided to Users when using the Site.
Visitor- is any individual over the age of 16 who uses the Resource.
User- a visitor who has passed the registration procedure.
Login- is an alias of the User chosen by him during registration and used by him in the process of using the Site. It is forbidden to register and use multiple Logins by the same Visitor.
Password- is a symbolic combination chosen by the User independently and providing, in conjunction with the Login, his identification when using the Resource.
Bot / chatbot- is a computer program that is designed to simulate the speech behavior of a person when communicating with one or more interlocutors
Accounting time- is the time of the project. All dates specified when using the Site and Services are taken into account by Chicago time.

2. General provisions

This Agreement regulates the use of the Site, as well as the relationships arising from the use of the Site and its Services by Visitors.
By visiting our website, using the Service, as well as any of our products and services, participating in electronic communication using our products and Services and/or purchasing our products and services, you participate in the "Service". The terms of this Agreement apply to all users of the Service, including, but not limited to, users who are reviewers, suppliers, buyers, consumers and/or authors of content.
This agreement is an offer, acceptance is directly limited to the terms of its use.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using the Service. By accessing the Service or using any part of the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms of this agreement, you are prohibited from accessing the website or using any Services.
The Company does not guarantee the availability of the Site and Services around the clock.
The Company has the right at any time to refuse any Visitor, including the User, to use the Site and Services in case of violation of the Agreement: https://salebot.ai/terms . The Company grants Visitors, Users a personal non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Site and the software presented on the Site in accordance with this Agreement, providedthat neither the Visitor/ User, nor any other persons with the assistance of the Visitor / User will not perform actions:

• ● copying or modifying the software of the Site, Services; creating programs derived from the software of the Site and Services;
• ● on penetration into the software in order to obtain program codes;
• ● for the sale, assignment, leasing, transfer to third parties in any other form of rights in relation to the Site material and software of the Site;
• ● modification of the Website and Services, including for the purpose of obtaining unauthorized access to it;
• ● and other actions similar to those listed above and violating the rights of the Company and third parties.

3. User Registration

A person wishing to become a User is obliged to go through the registration procedure on the corresponding page of the Resource. When registering to the Customer/The Contractor is assigned a Login plus Password pair selected by him, which is used later by the Customer/The performer when working with the Site. It is not allowed to use an alias:
a) already used by another User;
b) offending Visitors, the Company, the Administration, third parties.
The User chooses his own Password, but the Company strongly recommends using passwords that are at least 6 (six) characters long and include both lowercase and uppercase letters, as well as numbers. The User is solely responsible for keeping the Password secret from third parties. The Company does not bear any responsibility in case of violation of the User`s rights by third parties who have obtained unauthorized access to the Login plus Password pair.

4. Quality of service provision and limits of responsibility

In case of User`s claims to the quality of the Site`s Services, it does not make any compensation to the User, and also is not responsible for any losses of the User resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. SaleBot reserves the exclusive right to qualify a feature of the Service as a disadvantage (error, defect, etc.), as well as to perform one of the following actions:

• ● to correct the feature of the Service in the next version;
• ● to correct the feature of the Service within a reasonable time after its discovery;
• ● recognize the peculiarity of the Service as not subject to change.

The Company does not guarantee that:

• ● the Service meets/will meet the User`s requirements;
• ● the service will work continuously, quickly, reliably and error-free;
• ● the results that can be obtained using the service will be accurate and reliable and can be used for any purpose or in any capacity (for example, to establish and/or confirm any facts);
• ● the quality of any product, service, information, etc. obtained using the Service will meet the User`s expectations.

5. Responsibility of Users and Visitors

Visitors are solely responsible for their actions/ inaction when using the Resource and Services. Visitors guarantee that the use of Resources and Services will be carried out by them in a way that will not violate the rights of third parties. Visitors guarantee that they have the rights to use the materials they post on the site. Visitors undertake to comply with this Agreement. In case of violation of the Agreement by Visitors, the Administration reserves the right to temporarily restrict the Visitor`s access to the Site and Services (temporary ban), and in case of gross and / or repeated violation of the Agreement to deny access to the Services and the Site (permanent ban).

6. Rules for creating Bots.

Users can create Bots. It is prohibited to create Bots:
a) violating the legislation of the Russian Federation;
b) violating the norms of morality.

7. Data collection

The resource collects correspondence data for VKontakte groups connected to the system. The resource keeps a log of the Bot`s work. The collected data is used for training the Bot and is not transferred to third parties

8. Special conditions

The Company does not guarantee that the software of the Services, the Site does not contain errors or will function smoothly.
The Company does not bear any responsibility for the decisions taken by the Administration in resolving conflict situations between Users, including the verdicts.
The Company is not responsible for losses or other harm caused to the User in connection with the actions of third parties.
The Company reserves the right to delete from its servers any information or materials that, in the opinion of the Company, are unacceptable, undesirable or violate this Agreement. The Company does not control the information, services and products located in or offered via the Internet. As a result, the User accepts the condition that all goods, information and services offered or available through the Service or on the Internet (with the exception of those explicitly indicated as provided directly by the Company) are provided by third parties that are not related to the Company in any way. The User assumes full responsibility and risks for the use of the Services and the Internet.
The Company does not provide any guarantees for any goods, information and services supplied through the Services or via the Internet in general. The Company is not responsible for any costs or damages directly or indirectly resulting from such deliveries. The User accepts the condition according to which he assumes responsibility for evaluating the accuracy, completeness and suitability of all opinions, assessments, services and other information, the quality and functions of goods provided through the Services or the Internet in general.

All relations between the Company and Visitors are subject to regulation exclusively by the legislation of Russia. In case of violation of the legislation of Russia, the Visitor bears full administrative and criminal responsibility.
