1. Terms used in the Agreement

Site, Resource— internet resource salebot.pro
Administration— employees of the Company, as well as persons duly authorized by the Company to manage the Resource and provide Services to Visitors, as part of the latter's use of the Site.
Services— a set of computer programs, databases that ensure the functioning of the Site, as well as a set of Services provided to Users when using the Site.
Visitor— any individual over the age of 16 who uses the Resource.
User— The user who passed the registration procedure.
Login— the User's username, chosen by them during registration and used by them in the process of using the Site. It is forbidden to register and use multiple Usernames by the same User.
Password— a character combination that is selected by the User independently and provides, in conjunction with the Login, its identification when using the Resource.
Bot / Chatbot — is a computer program that is designed to simulate the speech behavior of a person when communicating with one or more interlocutors.

The accounting time is a project time. All dates specified when using the Site and Services are taken into account in Moscow time.

2. General provisions

This Agreement governs the use of the Site, as well as the relationships that arise when Visitors use the Site and the Services. The Company does not guarantee the availability of the Site and Services 24/7. The Company has the right at any time to refuse any Visitor, including the User, to use the Site and Services in violation of the Agreement: https://salebot.pro/terms . The Company grants Visitors, Users, a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Site and the software provided on the Site in accordance with this Agreement, provided that neither the Visitor/User, nor any other persons with the assistance of the Visitor/User, will not perform any actions:
to copy or modify the software of the Site and Services; to create programs derived from the software of the Site and Services;
on entry into the software in order to obtain program codes;
for the sale, assignment, lease, transfer to third parties in any other form of rights in relation to the Site material and the Site software;
for modifying the Site and Services, including for the purpose of obtaining unauthorized access to it;
and other actions similar to those listed above that violate the rights of the Company and third parties.
Visitor/The User is responsible for the observance of the rights (tangible and intangible) of third parties to the information transmitted (provided) to the Administration or to third parties when using the Site and Services. Users independently assess the legality of their use of the Site and Services, including from the point of view of the legislation of the country in which they are residents.

3. User Registration

A person wishing to become a User is obliged to go through the registration procedure on the corresponding page of the Resource. When registering to the Customer/The Contractor is assigned the chosen Username plus Password pair, which is used in the future by the Customer/The performer when working with the Site. It is not allowed to use the alias:
a) already used by another User;
b) offending Visitors, Company, Administration, third parties.
The user chooses his own Password, but the Company strongly recommends using passwords that are at least six (6) characters long and include both lowercase and uppercase letters, as well as numbers. The User is solely responsible for keeping the Password secret from third parties. The Company does not bear any responsibility in case of violation of the User's rights by third parties who obtained unauthorized access to the Login plus Password pair.

4. Quality of service delivery and limits of responsibility

In the event of a User's claims to the quality of the Site's Services, it does not make any compensation to the User, and is not responsible for any losses incurred by the User as a result of the use or inability to use the Service. SaleBot reserves the exclusive right to qualify a feature of the Service as a defect (error, etc.), as well as to perform one of the following actions:

• adjust the feature of the Service in the next version;
• correct the feature of the Service within a reasonable time after it is detected;
• admit a feature of the Service as not subject to change.

The Company does not guarantee that:

• the Service ,matches / will match the User's requirements;
• the service will work continuously, quickly, reliably with no errors;
• the results that can be obtained using the service will be accurate and reliable and may be used for any purpose or in any capacity (for example, to establish and / or confirm any facts);
• the quality of any product, service, information, etc. obtained using the Service will meet the User's expectations.

5. Responsibility of Users and Visitors

Users are solely responsible for their actions/inaction when using the Resource and Services. Visitors guarantee that the use of the Resources and Services will be carried out by them in a way that will not violate the rights of third parties. Visitors guarantee that they have the rights to use the materials they post on the site. Visitors agree to comply with this Agreement. If Visitors violate the Agreement, the Administration reserves the right to temporarily restrict the User's access to the Site and Services (temporary ban), and in case of gross and/or repeated violations of the Agreement, to deny access to the Services and the Site (permanent ban).

6. Rules for creating Chatbots.

Users can create Bots. It is forbidden to create Bots:
a) violating the legislation of the Russian Federation;
b) violating the norms of morality.

7. Data collection

The resource collects correspondence data for groups in the contact connected to the system. The resource keeps a log of the Bot's operation. The collected data is used for training the Bot and is not shared with third parties.

8. Special conditions

The Company does not guarantee that the software of the Services, the Site does not contain errors or will function smoothly.
The Company does not bear any responsibility for the decisions taken by the Administration in resolving conflict situations between Users, including the verdicts rendered.
The Company is not responsible for any losses or other damages incurred by the User in connection with the actions of third parties.
The Company reserves the right to remove from its servers any information or material that, in the opinion of the Company, is unacceptable, undesirable or in violation of this Agreement.
The Company has no control over the information, services and products available on or offered by the Internet. As a result, the User accepts the condition that all goods, information and services offered or available through the Service or on the Internet (with the exception of those explicitly stated as provided directly by the Company) are provided by third parties that are not related to the Company in any way. The User assumes full responsibility and risks for the use of the Services and the Internet. The Company does not provide any guarantees for any goods, information and services provided through the Services or via the Internet in general. The Company will not be responsible for any costs or damages directly or indirectly resulting from such deliveries. The User accepts the condition that he assumes responsibility for evaluating the accuracy, completeness and suitability of all opinions, ratings, services and other information, the quality and functions of goods provided through the Services or the Internet in general.

9. Entry into force and procedure for changing this Agreement

The Agreement and the Appendix to the Agreement come into force from the moment they are published on the site pages http://salebot.pro/terms. Changes to the Agreement and the Annexes to the Agreement may be made at any time. The User and/or the Visitor undertakes to get acquainted with the current version of the Agreement before each use of the Resource, Services and/or Services of the Company. If the User and/or the Visitor decides not to agree to the amended Agreement, they must refuse to use the Service. The User who continues to use the Resource, Services and/or Services of the Company agrees to the changes.

10. Applicable law

All relations between the Company and Visitors are subject to regulation exclusively by the legislation of Russia. In case of violation of the legislation of Russia, the User bears full administrative and criminal responsibility.
